A workforce of 175 ensures a high level of customer focus and the company’s technical expertise to deliver solutions for all applications.

NOVA air conditioning and ventilation units are used for individual room ventilation (hotel and office rooms), ventilation of business and production areas, and air conditioning of complex properties. By expanding the range of services to include components for cooling and I&C technology, the customer can obtain a complete system from a single source that is coordinated ready for operation. The new housing technology introduced in 2017 and the unit lines with Ka2O technology also make NOVA one of the most innovative AHU manufacturers.

NOVA has been part of Kampmann Group since 2011. Customers can therefore obtain integrated systems, from air conditioning technology to decentralised components for air supply and room temperature control. NOVA employs around 175 people, while the Kampmann Group has a workforce of over 1000 at 16 locations worldwide.
