This is particularly critical when connecting the cables to RJ45 connectors and modules that can be assembled in the field: For reliable data transmission, the minimum bending radius of the cable must not be fallen short of, but most connectors and modules on the market are relatively long. The SL series from Telegärtner not only offers transmission values that far exceed the requirements of the standards, connectors and modules are also extremely short, so that there is enough space for correct, trouble-free cable routing.

SL series connectors and modules exceed the requirements of Category 6A for data rates up to and including 10 Gbit/s in both shielded and unshielded versions. Both variants correspond to DIN EN 50173-1:2018-10.

The portfolio of AMJ-SL modules has been expanded. The AMJ-SL 4x90 has a right-angled cable entry that can be rotated on site in 90-degree increments. This enables cable entry from the right, left, top and bottom, which makes installation in confined spaces much easier and in some cases even possible in the first place. The decision as to which cable outlet direction is the most suitable can be made on site, as the AMJ-SL 4x90 can be installed flexibly in any of the four ways.

With the AMJ-SL 4x90, there is no wrong cable direction and no more performance losses due to kinked cables. The cable feed is mounted on site at the top, bottom, right or left. Installation is extremely simple: the wire manager is always inserted in the same position so that it cannot be rotated accidentally, and the back section of the module housing is installed according to the cable direction. Markings on the module housing and back section make the whole process easy. The tried-and-tested SafeLock technology ensures safe and reliable contacting and installation.
