The ISH 2025 presentation offers powerful insights into how climate-neutral solutions in the building sector are not only possible but already being realized—economically and practically. Drawing on real examples from residential and commercial buildings, it shows how technologies such as PV façades, heat pumps, geothermal systems, ice storage and intelligent control can support the shift to a regenerative future. It also addresses challenges like limited space, investment barriers, or landlord-tenant dynamics—always with tangible solutions. The core message: the technology exists, and the future has begun.
