Her research began with the Reinvented Toilet Challenge by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. A breakthrough was achieved with the Urine Trap technology, which passively separates urine. This innovation is now being applied in modern sanitation systems, including residential projects in Vienna. She provides an outlook on the future of toilet technology, particularly regarding water conservation, hygiene, and health monitoring.

...is the co-founder and managing director of EOOS NEXT, a Vienna-based design studio specializing in social and sustainable design. She leads projects in the WASH sector (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) for international partners such as the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
