Since October 2020, he has served as Global Head of Life Sciences & Food at the Stäubli Robotics Division, overseeing global strategies and innovations in these sectors as part of the Division Management Team.
After earning a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Stuttgart, Rudolf began his career at Servotech in 1999. In 2001, he joined Groninger, where he held key roles, including Marketing Director and Regional Sales Director, gaining extensive experience in pharmaceutical production processes. Later, he worked at FIMA in the petrochemical industry before returning to the pharma sector with Bausch+Ströbel, where he became Authorized Officer and Director of Sales & Marketing, driving advancements in fill/finish equipment.
