Ensuring sustainable drinking water hygiene

The course for sustainable and efficient assurance of drinking water hygiene is already set when selecting the type of installation. Without additional auxiliary energy and flushing measures, ring installations with KHS Venturi flow-splitters, for example, enable up to 100 water exchanges daily in potential stagnation areas. Natural taps lead to the exchange of drinking water in all upstream wet cells. And Flow-Splitter installations do not only ensure drinking water hygiene in terms of stagnation prevention: the regular inflow of fresh drinking water achieves comparatively up to 5K lower temperatures in the bathroom installation. Temperature maintenance < 25 °C can thus be realised much more efficiently.

In combination with other system components such as KHS hygiene flushing or KHS CoolFlow, water exchange and temperature maintenance can be automated even in phases of operational interruption - sustainably, economically and in a resource-saving manner.
