va-Q-plus is one of our most advanced vacuum insulation panels. It is produced with our new powder technology. The core of va-Q-plus is made of inorganic oxides, up to 80% being fumed silica and the rest IR and a small amount of organic fibers. It is non-combustible.
Our special powder technique and semi-automatization process assure that va-Q-plus has a very low thermal conductivity, combined with a long service life and excellent price-performance ratio. Due to the production technique used, va-Q-plus has a flange, which can be used as guidance for positioning. The flanges can be refolded with a special treatment upon request.

This core material can be reused and recycled. Various shapes are possible, for example cylindrical shapes tailored to the needs of our customers. va-Q-plus can only be produced in a series production.
