Trade event: Cleanzone

Hygiene goes urban

The importance of contamination control has been demonstrated by the measures taken since March 2020 to prevent the spread of the corona pandemic: Hospitals have been raised in no time at all, mobile isolation centres have been set up and intensive care units have been expanded. Companies that originally served other product divisions switched to the production of medical technology articles. Strict distance, hygiene and contact management reduced and closely controlled the use of public buildings, rooms and transport systems.

October 2020

As one of the "learnings" from the critical phase of the pandemic, knowledge of hygiene and cleanliness remains a sought-after competence – especially for the trades of real estate planning and building services engineering. The Cleanzone trade fair in Frankfurt am Main on 18 and 19 November invites visitors to an international exchange on contamination control and cleanroom technology. Completely new in 2020 is the arrangement of the product groups, based on a city plan. The product groups are based on the flow of materials in cleanliness-sensitive industrial production facilities and are arranged as individual city districts around the central marketplace, where, for example, the Cleanzone Conference strengthens international exchange with exciting presentations. Cleanzone Avenue connects the individual districts and guides visitors, for example, to the product groups Architecture-Planning-Engineering and Construction-Building Services-Materials Delivery.
