“Smart buildings will soon be smarter than all the people who live in them” – predicts Kai Gondlach. The futurologist sees great potential for high-end building technology in the office of tomorrow. Together with top-class industry representatives, Kai Gondlach discussed the topic “How to manage the smart work space” on 14 May 2020. The panelists’ concern was how to protect process chains, productivity and employees – also against the direct effects of pandemics, environmental influences and performance requirements. Equally on the agenda: The workplace as future object to dynamic work processes, light as a service or progressive energy management.
