After graduating in 2011 with a degree in automation technology in production, he began his professional journey at the renowned Fraunhofer IPA, where he spent a decade driving advancements in laboratory automation and biomanufacturing. His work spanned a variety of cutting-edge life science projects, including the development of solutions for in-vitro diagnostics (IVD) and GMP-compliant facilities, establishing him as a key contributor to the field.
In 2021, Holger embraced the dynamic world of start-ups, taking on the role of CTO, where he further honed his ability to bring technical concepts to life. By late 2022, he joined KyooBe Tech as Technical Director, where he now leads the development of the company’s innovative ATMP technology, MOSAIC. This role places Holger at the forefront of redefining cell therapy manufacturing, blending his expertise in automation with a passion for transformative healthcare solutions.
