In traditional German construction processes, projects are carried out in sequential steps: initial needs are assessed, followed by detailed planning, contractor selection based on price, and eventual handover of the completed facility. However, each party involved—whether clients, planners, or contractors—focuses on their own tasks, often neglecting the broader goal of aligning the outcome with user requirements. This fragmented approach frequently results in users needing to make significant adjustments after project completion.
The talk explores how cleanroom projects can be structured differently, putting user needs at the center from the very start. It examines strategies to create alignment among all stakeholders—users, clients, planners, and contractors—to ensure the project delivers optimal results for everyone involved. Practical solutions are shared to reimagine project execution and achieve cleanroom facilities that meet user expectations from day one.
